Requests Regarding Specified Items

Please contact us with the original product and its packaging in hand so that we can examine the item(s) at the manufacturing plant. (We do not provide support for photographs or images)

Regarding Replies

Please note that inquiries received on non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer vacation, and New Year’s holidays) will be replied to on the next business day or later. You may have to wait for a response, or we may not be able to respond depending on the content of the inquiry. In some cases, we may respond by phone or letter instead of e-mail. Please note that we do not reply to introduction e-mails or information about products and services. Our responses are addressed to individual customers. Please refrain from reprinting or secondary use of any part or all of this information without our permission.
