The melt-in-your-mouth quality and crispy texture of the biscuits are the result of the wheat flour used as the main ingredient and the sufficient cooking time in the oven. At KAJITANI SHOKUHIN, we inspect the flour ingredients we use for each lot and control the raw ingredients to prevent any deterioration in quality. Additionally, in terms of manufacturing, we have a basic policy of made-to-order manufacturing (fresh rotation), in which we aim to make biscuits that are always fresh and delicious without keeping products in stock.

■Raw ingredients :
The main ingredients for biscuits are wheat flour, sugar, and fat.
Manufacturing of biscuits (Cigar Fry)
Mixing
Biscuit dough is made by kneading weighed raw materials in a mixer.
Automatic roll, 4-layer laminator, pressure roll
The kneaded biscuit dough is rolled using pressure to form four layers of dough.
Cutting machine molding
The biscuit dough is die-cut, stamped, and sent to the oven.
Oven
The cut biscuit dough is baked for about 3 minutes.
Cooling conveyer
The baked biscuits are naturally cooled.
Packaging
The cooled biscuit products are automatically weighed and packaged, checked by a metal detector, and then packed in cases.
